Order
Can I order by phone?- No, unfortunately you can currently only order online in our webshop.
How much are the shipping costs?
- Shipping costs are free, but customs fees may apply in individual cases.
Can I cancel my order?
- Yes, this is possible up to a maximum of four hours after the order has been placed. After four hours, the ordered item will be automatically debited, packaged, and shipped. If the customer wishes to cancel the order after more than four hours, this is no longer possible.
How do I redeem a voucher?
- Enter your voucher code without quotation marks at checkout (case sensitive) and then click "Apply".

When does a purchase contract come into effect?
- A purchase contract is only concluded when the ordered product is shipped to the customer and the shipment to the customer has been confirmed by Swissleno with an email (shipping confirmation).
Delivery
Will I receive a shipping confirmation by email?
- Yes, as soon as your ordered item is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS.
Can I track the delivery?
- Your shipping confirmation will include a tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
How long does shipping take at Hallbristol?
- Delivery time is between 10-20 working days.
My delivery is incomplete, what should I do?
- If you have ordered multiple products from us, they may be sent as separate shipments. So, if you have only received part of your order, the remaining items will most likely arrive within the next few days. If your delivery is incomplete, please email our customer service at info@hallbristol.com to let them know which item you are missing. Please include your full name and order number in the email. You can find your order number in the order confirmation you received by email.
Return
How do I return an item?
Attention: Returns without prior agreement will not be accepted.
- Unused items: Please ensure that the returned items are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. This will allow us to process your return without any issues.
- Original packaging: Please return the items in their original packaging to ensure smooth processing.
- Return period: Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
- Excluded items: Please note that some items may be excluded from our return policy. This may apply to certain special offers, personalized items, or hygiene products. Please check the product description for details.
Refunds:
- Processing time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
- Payment method: Refunds will be made using the original payment method used, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

I received an incorrect/damaged item, what now?
- If you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer service via email at info@hallbristol.com and let us know which item you are dealing with. Please have your order number ready, which you can find in your order confirmation.
Damage to the delivered goods must be reported as soon as possible, but no later than five calendar days after delivery. We will, of course, arrange an exchange or refund for you.
